Great location in the heart of the action, close to Times Square and MTR line. Helpful and responsive staff, especially Sara. Clean rooms with daily cleaning service. Good Wi-Fi for social media, YouTube, and Netflix. Fairly priced for the value.

Just a 2-minute walk from the MTR station, so convenient! Loved being surrounded by Hysan Place and SOGO, perfect for a shopping spree. Oh, and I could even use the public telephone in the lobby!
